The RidgeMonkey Connect Deep Pan & Griddle system offers a genuine leap in quality when it comes to preparing meals by the water. The Connect Deep Pan & Griddle model consists of one deep dish with a flat bottom, and a griddle pan attached by a hinge. This design allows for the creation of a makeshift lid while preparing a single dish, or for the pans to be detached from the hinge and used as two separate pans, facilitating the quick preparation of your favorite meal. The system of detachable, cool-touch Connect handles makes maneuvering the pan while cooking easier, while also being easily removed for transport to achieve compact dimensions. The new Granite Edition coating is not only more durable, but it also significantly reduces the sticking of food to its surface. A neoprene protective cover for the handles is included in the set.
