These balanced protein hookbaits are an extension to the GLM Squid Strawberry series. This bait was one of the first offerings from TB Baits and continues to astonish with its effectiveness to this day. After many seasons of use on the waters of Europe, it has helped capture hundreds of carp over 20 kilograms, including several notable giants such as the 35.8kg "Moby Dick" from Lac du Der and a stunning 33.6kg specimen caught by Tomáš Blažek himself. Balanced hookbaits are baits that behave more naturally on the bottom due to their slight buoyancy, often making them an effective weapon when targeting wary fish. The weight of the hook alone counters the bait, balancing it out to some extent, which is significant when carp cautiously suck in the bait. Balanced Boilie baits are made using the same mixes as the classic hookbaits, supplemented with a proportionate addition of a floating mix. This process does not significantly alter their composition, which is especially important when hunting extremely cautious fish. This type of bait should be in the bag of every carp angler who fishes waters with elusive quarry.
