Flavor enhancers, as the name implies, influence the intensification of the flavor that carp detect while feeding on our bait in the form of boilies, pellets, grains, or ground baits. By enhancing the flavor, we increase the effectiveness of our bait, especially in fisheries where there is high pressure from carp anglers.
Preservatives - What should we know about them?
Boilie preservatives are products that allow us to extend the freshness of the boilies we produce, and consequently, their suitability for consumption by fish.
High-quality boilie preservatives have a barely detectable taste and odor, which means they have a minimal impact on the quality of the boilies. It is worth noting that the amount of preservative added during the production of boilies depends on the type of mix (fish, vegetable, nut). Typically, fish mixes require a greater amount of preservative than blends that are predominantly vegetable-based.
It is important that when creating boilies, the preservative should always be mixed with the liquid part. This ensures that it will later be evenly distributed in the dough, making its effectiveness optimal.
