Massive Baits Egg Albumin

Egg albumin is obtained by powdering chicken egg whites. Its physical properties have a beneficial effect on binding the ingredients of the mix. It significantly enhances the hardness of the boilies and substantially reduces their thermal processing time. This component is sensitive to heating. It has a very high protein content of about 84% and less than 1% fat, containing a large level of amino acids, proteins, and vitamins. Albumin can replace eggs when making dough: for 1kg of dry mix approx 25g of albumin is dissolved in 600ml of water. In mixes, dosage: 30-80g / kg of mix.
