NawiPoland Pontoon Catamaran CAT 400

A catamaran-type pontoon with a length of 400cm that accommodates up to 5 passengers. The catamaran shape has many advantages that surpass standard pontoons, which is why it is increasingly chosen by professional anglers. First and foremost, it features an elevated floor above the water surface, with only the sides making direct contact with the water. This results in significantly less resistance and friction while sailing, which translates to lower energy consumption of the motor. Such a design also facilitates steering and improves speed performance. Another significant advantage of catamarans is their increased width compared to traditional pontoons. This provides more deck space, which is important for carrying equipment or substantial amounts of bait, and also increases the stability of the vessel. The material used in the catamarans has a weight of 1000g/m2. This material is resistant to all kinds of creasing from transport, abrasion, or stretching. It is also important that it withstands all weather conditions, is UV resistant, and is protected against stains. Each weld of the material connections is additionally secured with a strong PVC strip on both sides of the material, and reinforcing straps placed in the most critical areas prevent wear against concrete edges or gravelly ground of the fishing spot. In addition to the floor, the catamaran is equipped with two beams. The front beam is a rigid extension of the floor, while the rear one is adapted for use with outboard motors.

The pontoon is available with either a full or inflatable floor:

Full ALU-reinforced floor: Made of solid, water-resistant plywood. It includes aluminum inserts at the joints and an anti-slip finished surface.

AIRDECK floor: Otherwise known as inflatable floor. Made of extremely thick, rigid material that allows it to be inflated with high-pressure air. This floor, due to its rigidity comparable to plywood, is a better choice for those who frequently fold the catamaran for transport, as it is significantly easier and faster to fold and carry compared to a rigid wooden floor. Additionally, this floor is lighter than plywood.
