Hempseed Grain
Hempseed grain is a very fine seed that resembles rapeseed but comes from a completely different plant family. Hempseed is highly aromatic and contains plenty of fats, yet unlike rapeseed, it is less bitter. Hempseed is a rich source of microelements and omega acids. It excellently stimulates fish to feed and improves metabolism. It is a very popular bait in countries like the Czech Republic and Hungary.
Preparation methods:
1) Cover the hempseed with water and heat under a lid until boiling. Cook for 10-25 minutes.
2) Set aside to cool down - ready to use.
ATTENTION!!!
Please remember that the grains swell during cooking by about 25-30%. For enhanced flavor and aroma, you can salt the grains while cooking.
