Korda Distance Casting Heli - Carp Fishing Lead Weight

A carp lead weight designed for distance casting. The Distance Casting model in the Heli version is tailored for the use with safe helicopter clips from the Korda Heli-Safe series. Instead of a standard swivel, it features a strong ring. In helicopter rigs, using a ring as a connector has the advantage over a swivel in that there is much less risk of tangles due to the reduction of "snagging" elements that a standard swivel has. The elongated pear shape of the Distance Casting lead weight allows for achieving long, over 100-meter casts without much effort, due to reduced air resistance during the flight of the rig. Additionally, the bullet shape enables the lead weight to perform stably during casts in difficult, windy conditions, especially with lateral gusts. The Distance Casting Heli is the most suitable carp lead weight for distance casting with helicopter rigs ever to see the light of day!
