Sportex Invictus CS-2 Distance is a rod designed for casting at extremely long distances. Its precisely refined construction and use of the latest technologies allow for achieving incredible casting distances while ensuring full control over the setup.
The model is based on the proven Catapult CS-4 blank, which in the Distance version has been additionally reinforced with a carbon mesh, increasing its strength by 13%. This gives the rod exceptional power and flexibility, making it easier to achieve long distances with less effort.
The Distance version is equipped with Seaguide SIC guides, characterized by lightness, stability, and resistance to high temperatures, which is extremely important when using braids and making dynamic casts. The starting guide with a diameter of 50 mm ensures smooth line release, minimizing resistance and increasing casting range.
The butt is covered with a full anti-slip Full-Shrink finish, guaranteeing a secure and comfortable grip even in challenging weather conditions. The Fuji TVS reel seat ensures stable attachment of the reel, allowing for optimal balance of the setup and even better control during casting and fish retrieval.
Thanks to the use of high-modulus JXK Special Carbon fiber, this model is not only lightweight but also extremely dynamic, translating into its excellent casting properties.
