Delphin CORSA BLACK Carp Rod
Carp rod in an extremely elegant black design, representing a truly exclusive model in the mid-price category.
Corsa Black is built on a high-quality 24T carbon blank, similar to the one used in the very popular ETNA E3 model. At first glance, the rod surprises with its incredibly slim blank, undoubtedly one of the thinnest on the market in its class. Nonetheless, it retains its wonderful parabolic properties during fighting or casting. Additionally, the blank features PowerWrap technology along its entire length, noticeable upon the first contact with the rod. This is an additional carbon wrap around the rod, achieving a significant increase in strength and resistance to overloads, which practically means a much longer lifespan and reduced susceptibility to mechanical damage. PowerWrap is also present throughout the handle, making it better to grip and, combined with the rubberized Shrink foam at the end, creates an ideally anti-slip surface.
Corsa Black also has a PowerJoin connection. This is essentially an inconspicuous detail that is a very important element of the rod. Its essence lies in a small metal ring placed at the end of each section, at the connection point with the other section. The purpose of this ring is to minimize the possibility of damage to the blank splinters, extending its lifespan and improving the durability of the rod.
The blanks are equipped with ultra-light and thin titanium guides marked UL-Weight, which have not been used on any Delphin carp rods so far. Thanks to the slim blank and used guides, the rods are incredibly lightweight, which you will surely appreciate during casting and fighting large fish.
Warning: The guides used on the rod are not suitable for use with braided lines. Use them only with monofilament lines, otherwise, there is a risk of damaging the guides.
