The success of the first version of the OPIUM rods didn't let us rest, so we present to you the newer, more beautiful, and even better OPIUM V2. We once again used the proven 30T carbon blank, whose parabolic action helps in landing big catches, yet despite this power reserve allows us to enjoy the fight with smaller catches. The 3lbs casting weight is versatile, and combined with the 30T carbon, we achieved exceptional casting and fighting action. However, the OPIUM V2 is significantly stiffer than its first version. We used a luxurious and ergonomic FUJI reel seat complemented by RUBBER CORK parts. The high-quality SEAGUIDE guides now feature a 50mm eye for the 360 cm version, with a hand-woven pattern on the carbon wrap above the handle. Additionally, in this new edition, we added two models with a NEO-FOAM grip, which was suggested by customers. We listened to your wishes and added this modern material to this family of rods. In this case, the handle ends with RUBBER CORK.
