TOSLON TF740 Fish Finder
The latest Fish Finder from Toslon, model TF-740, is what you'd call an All in One – everything in a single device. It combines a Fish Finder, GPS, Compass, Lake Mapping, and Autopilot. The readout of the fish finder itself is much more detailed than in the 500 or 640 models. From the very first tests, we noticed a significant difference. The sonar cone is sensitive enough to easily detect zebra mussels on vegetation. It also perfectly marks soft bottoms, allowing anglers to precisely select the right rig and bait for the spot. The mapping function helps us create a bathymetric map of the water body, which is useful for later pinpointing fishing spots. The Autopilot feature enables accurate fishing at almost any distance; during our tests, we achieved a remarkable 990 meters, which is an outstanding result, offering great precision. The autopilot function is handy not only for fishing but also for returning to the starting point. In the meantime, you can comfortably prepare, for example, a second rod.
