The incredibly sharp Kamakura hooks are now also available in the Wide Gape X version. Thanks to an advanced sharpening process, these hooks are the sharpest on the market - you no longer have to spend a significant amount of time to sharpen a hook to perfection, you have a ready and reliable solution! The Wide Gape X model features a thicker wire than its Wide Gape brother, making it ideal for fishing in extreme conditions, such as overgrown or log-filled waters, where the durability of the hook is essential for effectively playing fish. The hook is characterized by a gently in-turned eye, a thick, forged bend, and a short shank. Wide Gape X will work with almost any bait, from floating Pop-Ups to wafters or sinking baits. Hooks are supplied in a box, where each hook is individually mounted to prevent any dulling of the point during transport. Additionally, the tips are protected with a wax dot, which we remove just before starting fishing.
