Gardner Chod and Heli Naked Tungsten Buffer Beads
High-quality tungsten buffer beads designed for creating end rigs like Chod Rig and Helicopter Rig used directly on the main line – known as "naked setups." Their primary function is to protect the line from damage during fish retrieval and ensure the stability of the entire setup.
The bead shape has been designed so that the internal hole perfectly works with the swivel, which slides into the tapered part of the sleeve. This means that during retrieval, all the pressure force is transferred to the bead's surface and not directly onto the line, effectively preventing it from chafing or breaking. The beads are compatible with the Gardner Drop Out Chod Safety Clip system, allowing for the creation of safe and effective end rigs.
The tungsten construction also provides the appropriate weight to press the rig to the bottom, improving rig concealment and presentation.
