Fishstone ZIP Body
The through-body system that allows the use of stones as weights. Stone weights have long been an excellent alternative to environmentally hazardous and expensive lead counterparts - now, thanks to specially designed systems, the use of stones is even more effective. ZIP is a through-body component that connects the rig to a stone weight. To complete the setup, flexible bands are required. Depending on the type of band, we can either fix the stone permanently (Fix band) or create a setup from which the weight disengages itself during a take (Slip band). The system allows for the attachment of stones up to 500g, making it perfect for long-distance casting. Additionally, the large surface area of the stone relative to its weight makes this solution effective on soft bottoms.
