The anti-tangle tube is weighted with heavy tungsten, ensuring the rig hugs the lake bed without spooking fish. It's an excellent alternative to standard leadcore as it is heavier. The external diameter matches that of most standard beads and clips, while the matte coating, combined with colors selected to match the lake bed, camouflages perfectly in the fishing environment. The tube adequately protects both the line inside and the delicate body of the fish on the outside, which could be injured during the fight. The tube is often the only permissible component in fisheries where the use of braided leadcore is banned, hence it should be included in the accessory box of every carp angler.
