Korda Mini Heli Safe - Secure Helicopter Clip

The Mini Heli Safe is the smaller sibling of the popular Heli Safe system, designed with the exact same purpose - to detach the lead in helicopter and chod rigs. This system is more effective than standard helicopter setups as the lead detaches during the take, preventing it from snagging underwater vegetation, thus increasing our chances of successfully landing the fish. The Mini version was created for anglers who value the finesse of their setup, making it less visible on the lakebed. The smaller size also results in significantly less resistance during casting, making this type of clip an excellent choice for setups aimed at extreme long-distance casting. The Mini Heli Safe comes with two springs - a standard one, which operates just like in the standard model, and a red one with much greater strength, requiring more pressure to release the lead. Despite its compact size, the clip can withstand the enormous strains that occur during long-distance casts with heavy weights. Included with the clip is a size 11 swivel with a half-barrel, which allows for fishing directly with the main line as well as with a leadcore.

NOTE: The clip is not compatible with Dark Matter leaders or the Heli-Safe tubing kit.
