The hook aligner with an added tungsten weight aids the hook in rotating towards the fish's lip, thereby increasing the efficiency of self-hooking. This aligner also acts as an extension of the hook shank. It's crucial that the aligner is stiff due to the right blend of materials, yet it can easily be applied onto the hook shank. The Tungsten Line Aligner comes in a Shorty version, suitable for long-shank hooks such as the Longshank, and a Medium version that pairs well with hooks that feature a shorter shank.
