Sonik TURBOSPOD 14000 Spod Reel
The Sonik TURBOSPOD 14000 reel is a specialized model for bait rocket spodding, designed for extreme speed and efficiency. With an ultra-fast gear ratio of 5.7:1, it allows for winding up to 1.45 m of line with one turn of the handle, significantly enhancing the spombing process.
The lightweight yet exceptionally durable construction ensures that this model performs excellently even with intensive use. The body and rotor made from high-strength graphite guarantee adequate rigidity while maintaining a relatively low weight – only 680 g. The main stainless steel shaft and worm drive system ensure maximum durability and smooth operation, even during prolonged spodding.
The reel features an open rotor lock system, preventing accidental bail closure during casting, and the enlarged Twist Free line roller reduces the risk of line twist. Three spool clips allow for marking multiple spots, which is extremely practical during multi-point spodding. The slow oscillation system ensures precise line lay, resulting in better control and longer casts.
The reel is also equipped with an ergonomic CNC aluminum handle with a rubber grip, providing a firm and comfortable hold even in difficult conditions with wet hands. Additionally, a protective fingertip cover is included to prevent abrasions when casting long distances with braid.
