Fox 12000 XC Carp Reel

The Fox 12000 XC is a "thoroughbred" big pit reel whose capabilities allow it to be effectively used for both casting and bait boat fishing. The sturdy reel body is made from carbon-reinforced polymer, ensuring high rigidity as well as lightness. The super slow oscillation allows for the line to lay perfectly on the spool, which is crucial when casting at long distances. The reel's long spool is finished with Pro Cast Lip edges, which minimize friction during line release on the cast, translating to significantly longer casts. The manufacturer has designed as many as three different sizes of spare spools (available separately), so you can always choose the right one for the specific fishing situation - Shallow for casting, Standard for universal use, and Deep with the largest capacity, dedicated to bait boat fishing. The reel is equipped with a range of the latest technological solutions that significantly improve its usability and also increase its resistance to wear, such as the Rotor Brake feature, Mesh-Tec gearing, Twist Free Roller, and the CNS System. The reel has an elegant, modern finish in matte grey colors with contrasting glossy black and subtle graphic inserts.
