SHIMANO Baitrunner X-AERO RA Carp Reel
Baitrunner X-Aero RA - The Baitrunner Aero X combines the benefits of the traditional Baitrunner spool with excellent casting properties, competing with the compact Big Pit reel. These unique features were achieved by using an enlarged Aero system spool, which has a significantly larger diameter than typical. The design also incorporates Aero Wrap II (Shimano's top line lay system) and 2-speed oscillation, ensuring perfect line lay. Another advantage is the large diameter of the spool, which makes the reel faster, retrieving 1 meter of line per handle turn. To meet the expectations of modern anglers, the 8000 and 10000 models now have a single handle, which generates more winding power than the double handle in the smaller 6000 model. The Baitrunner X Aero features a hybrid body with a black satin finish, XGT-7 rotor, and a line safety clip. For over 20 years, the Shimano Baitrunner reel has been the most popular available reel for specimen fishing, trusted by millions of anglers across Europe.
