Scales, Weighing Tripods
Every carp angler likes to boast about a caught carp, especially when it weighs well over 20 kilograms! To determine the exact weight of the fish, it is essential to use special scales as well as tripods and bars that facilitate weighing.
Carp scales - are a type of scale with suitably adapted attachments that utilize a strong loop and a hook allowing it to be hung on a tripod/bar and then to place a sack with the weighed fish on it. On the market, we find two types of scales - electronic and analog. A good carp scale has a solid, moisture-protected housing and a precise mechanism with high accuracy of readings (to several dozen grams).
