GURU X-Safe Quick Change Elastics - Long / Light Elastic (White)
The GURU X-Safe Quick Change Elastic with shock absorber is one of the latest innovations in modern feeder fishing. The X-Safe system is the only safe system on the market that uses a shock absorber, allowing the entire elastic section to easily pass through the bush. This means that if a fish breaks the main line or gets caught on a broken rig, it can easily release the feeder or weight.
Developed by top anglers Steve Ringer and Adam Rooney, the X-Safe Speed Stems system allows for quick feeder change. Simply detach the entire feeder or weight from the main line and attach a new, ready-made rig. Thanks to this system, the GURU team has won countless competitions, as Speed Stems allow for the preparation of many feeders or weights, ready for re-casting within seconds, saving precious minutes during competitions or recreational fishing, where speed is crucial.
The Light Elastic version with the shock absorber is suitable for fishing for small carp, crucian carp, or bream in commercial and natural waters. The long X-Safe bush is especially effective when fishing at a distance using the method/Hybrid. The long X-Safe stem significantly aids both distance and accuracy, which is key on large open waters. The long stem also contains more of the shock absorber, which is important for avoiding hook pulls when playing large fish.
In the Quick Change version, the Speed Bead quick connector is used, allowing for leader changes in seconds with a small quick connector that locks into the bead, securing it. The stems fit existing GURU method, pellet, and Hybrid feeders and the inline weight series, easily sliding into existing holes, allowing for immediate feeder or weight changes. Simply tie a small loop in the main line, secure it to the bush with a slim hook and a small rubber, and it is ready to use.
