Orders are shipped via: DPD, GLS, DHL, UPS, Meest, Inpost Courier, Inpost Parcel Lockers, or dedicated transport.

Expected packing time: is calculated based on the current shipping queue and provided on the product card for each product as well as in the shopping cart. For an order that has already been placed, you can also check the expected shipment time by logging into your customer account, in the my orders section. Expected packing time is given as an estimate for orders that do not require processing (splitting, merging, transferring products to the order) and may change during order processing.

Transport time*: is given in the cart next to the selected courier. Transport time is counted as business days from the moment the order is handed over to the courier. The customer automatically receives such information about the change in order status.

When placing an order, the shop will automatically calculate the weight and provide shipping costs. To determine the cost of delivery, please use the delivery cost calculator below. For logged-in customers, it is possible to pay for orders with points from the loyalty program Carp-Coins***.

1. Shipping to Poland

Shipments to Poland are carried out by: DPD, GLS, DHL, Inpost Courier, Inpost Parcel Lockers, or dedicated transport. The cost of delivery for a single product is provided on the product card, while the cost of shipping the entire order, consisting of multiple products, is given in the shopping cart at the 2nd step of ordering. Delivery cost depends on the order's weight, volume, maximum dimension, sum of dimensions, order value, and selected additional delivery options.

Free Delivery** for orders delivered to Poland is available for orders over 300 PLN.

2. Shipping to European Union Countries

We currently ship to the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy.

Shipments to EU countries are carried out by: DPD, GLS, or dedicated transport. NOTE! For international shipments, in order for the store system to properly display the cost of delivery of a single product given on the product card, it is necessary to log in and select the delivery country. Without logging in, the cost of delivery for a single product is given for Poland. The cost of shipping the entire order consisting of multiple products is given in the cart at the 2nd step of ordering. Delivery cost depends on the order's weight, volume, maximum dimension, sum of dimensions, order value, and selected additional delivery options.

Free Delivery** for different countries is available at different order values, and the minimum basket value is respectively:

• Austria - for orders over 700 PLN

• Belgium - for orders over 900 PLN

• Bulgaria - for orders over 1200 PLN

• Croatia - for orders over 900 PLN

• Czech Republic - for orders over 600 PLN

• Denmark - for orders over 800 PLN

• Estonia - for orders over 900 PLN

• Finland - for orders over 1500 PLN

• France - for orders over 900 PLN

• Greece - for orders over 3000 PLN

• Spain - for orders over 1500 PLN

• Netherlands - for orders over 800 PLN

• Ireland - for orders over 1500 PLN

• Lithuania - for orders over 700 PLN

• Latvia - for orders over 700 PLN

• Germany - for orders over 600 PLN

• Portugal - for orders over 1500 PLN

3. SHIPPING TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

Shipments to non-EU countries are carried out by: DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS, or dedicated transport. NOTE! For international shipments, in order for the store system to properly display the cost of delivery of a single product given on the product card, it is necessary to log in and select the delivery country. Without logging in, the cost of delivery for a single product is given for Poland. The cost of shipping the entire order, consisting of multiple products, is given in the cart at the 2nd step of ordering. Delivery cost depends on the order's weight, volume, maximum dimension, sum of dimensions, order value, and selected additional delivery options.

NOTE! Shipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duty. Sales or deliveries of some products may also be excluded due to transport form restrictions or individual destination country limitations.

4. Shipping to Other Countries Not Listed Above

Shipments to other countries are sent after prior arrangement of feasibility and are carried out only after prepayment. Costs are determined individually. After prior contact. Please note that not all products may be shipped due to exceeding border dimensions and weight, or other limitations of destination or transit countries.

5. SHIPPING OF UNUSUAL ORDERS

For atypical orders for which the system cannot automatically indicate delivery costs, individual pricing is possible. In the 2nd step of the cart with such an order, a delivery option "quote for dedicated transport" will appear - after receiving such an order, the store staff will contact the buyer and determine the possible cost of transport. Please note that some orders may not be possible to execute due to transport or legal restrictions.

* Transport time calculated in business days from the moment of sending the package (receiving an email confirmation of order completion). Delivery times may vary depending on the country of delivery. During periods of increased activity such as the pre-Christmas period or periods before and after long weekends, delivery times may be extended. The given time is not a guaranteed transport time, so it is advisable not to postpone orders until the last moment.

** Free delivery is available only for logged-in customers who have the appropriate customer status (VIP or Premium) or a promotional code for Free Delivery, and their order meets the conditions of the promotion. IMPORTANT! Some products or product options are excluded from the free delivery option. Such information is provided in the shopping cart after determining the order value and the country of delivery. The method of free delivery execution by the courier for orders using this promotion is given in the 2nd step of placing the order.
