- The service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
- Cookies ("ciasteczka") are computer data, particularly text files, that are stored on the End User's device and are intended for use with the websites of the Service. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they come from, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.
- The entity placing cookies on the End User's terminal device of the Service and accessing them is the Service operator ROCKWORLD located at ul. Batorego 8, 47-400 Racibórz.

"Persistent" cookies are stored on the End User's device for the time specified in the cookies' parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
- The following types of cookies are used within the Service:
- "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g., authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the Service;
- cookies used to ensure security, e.g., used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the Service;
- "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information about the use of the Service's web pages;
- "functional" cookies, allowing "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalization of the User interface, e.g., in terms of the chosen language or the region from which the User originates, font size, website appearance, etc.;
- "advertising" cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content more tailored to the User's interests.
- In many cases, the software used to browse websites (web browser) by default allows the storage of cookies on the User's end device. Service Users can make changes to cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or inform about them every time they are placed on the Service User's device. - The Service operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies can affect some of the functionalities available on the Service's web pages.
- Cookies placed on the End User's device of the Service and used may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
