Bidding on Auctions
The promotion aims to strengthen the positive image of the Carp Angler's Shop at www.rockworld.pl and to appreciate the loyalty of customers.
§1
The promotion is organized on the website www.rockworld-carpshop.com by the company ROCKWORLD Łukasz Pawlik located in Racibórz at ul. Mikołaja 9A, 47-400 Racibórz, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the organizer.
§2
Every registered and logged-in customer can participate in the promotion.
§3
The auction lasts for the period designated by the organizer.
§4
To participate in the Auction, you must log in, go to the page of the product being auctioned, enter the price you propose, and confirm it by clicking the "Bid" button.
§5
The amount proposed by the bidding customer must be higher than the last bid by 0.25 USD (1 PLN, 0.25 EUR, 5 CZK, 100 HUF, 5,75 RON, 50 UAH)
§6
Each time there is a change in price or when the auction ends, the customer is informed by email.
§7
The auction ends at the time designated by the organizer. The customer who offers the highest bid within the designated timeframe becomes the winner of the auction.
§8
After the auction ends, the auctioned product will automatically appear in the winner's cart within 2 hours at the auctioned price, with an obligation to purchase.
§9
The cart containing the auctioned product must be completed within 2 weeks from the end of the auction. Otherwise, the auction will be canceled.

Delivery prices are determined by the delivery price list available on the website www.rockworld-carpshop.com, or >>here<<
