Order Tracking
Order Statuses
Each order goes through several stages, receiving the following statuses:
- New Order
- Order Confirmed
- Order in Progress
- Order Shipped/Completed
Each change in the order's stage is confirmed by an email sent to the address provided during the order placement.
Shipment Tracking
The email notification about the shipment of the order includes a consignment number and a link to the tracking page.
Currently, shipments are sent by two couriers: POCZTEX courier, DPD courier and Polish Post.
POCZTEX and Polish Post shipments can be tracked at: https://emonitoring.poczta-polska.pl/?numer=znajdź+przesyłkę
DPD shipments can be tracked on the page: https://www.dpd.com.pl/Zlokalizuj-paczke
All of them can be tracked by entering the consignment number received in the email notification about the shipment of the order.
* Shipments from the day of dispatch may appear in the system with a few hours' delay.
** Please note that when tracking international shipments, there may be gaps in data or minor discrepancies, which are due to the operation of foreign tracking systems.
*** Shipment data is available for a period of 30 days
