Affiliate Program
TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the affiliate program "recommend the best!"
§1
The promoter of the promotion is ROCKWORLD Łukasz Pawlik located at Mikołaja 9A, 47-400 Racibórz.
§2
The Program is aimed at all registered users of the Rockworld store.
§3
PARTICIPATION RULES
§3.1
To participate in the Affiliate Program "Recommend the Best!" you just need to be a logged-in user of the online store www.rockworld.pl.
§3.2
Every logged-in user can generate their own unique link to each of the products found in the online store www.rockworld.pl and recommend it to friends on forums, groups, social networking sites, carp fishing-related websites, or in a private message.
§3.3
For each transaction carried out via such a link, the referring person will receive carpcoins points corresponding to the given item.
§3.4
For the referring person to receive carpcoins points, the person who clicks on the link must complete the transaction within 7 days of clicking the referring link, without leaving that page.
§3.5
Clicking the referral link and then exiting the recommended product tab without adding the recommended product to the cart deactivates the link. Re-entering the product tab without a link and adding the product to the cart does not result in the crediting of carpcoins points to the referring person.
§3.6
The referring person cannot make transactions from their own link. Such transactions will not be considered in the affiliate program.
§3.7
Any detected manipulations aimed at circumventing the rules of the affiliate program, or actions artificially inflating the parameters of transactions made through the referral link will result in the removal of the referrer's customer account, and thus the removal of the user from the affiliate program. The account removal will take place without warning immediately after detecting any irregularities. It is forbidden to share links on pages with the following content: pornographic, advocating aggression, Nazi, or others commonly considered offensive.
§3.8
The referral link is valid for the duration of the program. There are no limits to the number of links shared.
§3.9
The Affiliate Program "Recommend the Best!" is effective until further notice.
