Free Shipping Promotion
A promotion aimed at strengthening the positive image of the Carp Fishing Store at www.rockworld.pl and acknowledging customer loyalty.
§1
The promotion is organized on the website www.rockworld.pl by ROCKWORLD Łukasz Pawlik located in Racibórz at ul. Mikołaja 9A, 47-400 Racibórz, hereinafter referred to as the organizer.
§2
The promotion includes every, registered and logged-in client who has consented to marketing communications, and whose order and delivery country meet the promotion conditions. The store system automatically recognizes whether the order meets the conditions of the promotion and offers the option of free delivery while selecting the delivery method when placing the order.

The promotion is valid from June 25, 2021, until further notice.

Conditions of participation in the "Free Delivery" Promotion:
- Exceeding the order value for a given country
- Having an open order, meaning an order that has not yet been fulfilled, e.g., one that has been placed recently and has not been packed yet, or an order generated from splitting previous orders that contained products with longer delivery times. In this case, the organizer reserves the right to combine multiple orders from one customer into one order.
- Having VIP or Premium customer status (and the delivery is to the country: Poland, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Netherlands, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Romania)

Order value thresholds entitling to the "Free Delivery" promotion for the respective countries included in the promotion:
Poland - 300 zł ; Austria - 700 zł ; Belgium - 900 zł; Bulgaria - 1200 zł; Croatia - 900 zł; Czech Republic - 600 zł; Denmark - 800 zł; Estonia - 900 zł; Finland - 1500 zł; France - 900 zł; Greece - 3000 zł; Spain - 1500 zł; Netherlands - 800 zł; Ireland - 1500 zł; Lithuania - 700 zł; Latvia - 700 zł; Germany - 600 zł; Portugal - 1500 zł; Romania - 1000 zł; Slovakia - 600 zł; Slovenia - 900 zł; Sweden - 1200 zł; Hungary - 700 zł; United Kingdom - 5000 zł; Italy - 900 zł

The "Free Delivery" promotion is carried out by the supplier indicated in the basket for the respective order. If the customer chooses a different form of delivery than the one automatically proposed, the delivery will be executed without considering the "Free Delivery" Promotion.
§7
Some products or product options are excluded from the "Free Delivery" Promotion. If such a product or product option is in the order, information about the products that are excluded from the promotion will appear in the 2nd step of the basket when placing the order.
Orders in which the system did not offer the option of free delivery, and the client unilaterally reduces the order value by the indicated delivery cost, will be processed with a delay, only after the delivery fee has been paid. In case of non-payment, orders will be removed.
