"Free Shipping Weekend" PROMOTION REGULATIONS
A promotion aimed at strengthening the positive image of the Carp Angling Store www.rockworld.pl and appreciating customer loyalty.
§1
The promotion is organized on the website www.rockworld-carpshop.com by the company ROCKWORLD Łukasz Pawlik located in Racibórz at Mikołaja Street 9A, 47-400 Racibórz, hereinafter referred to as the organizer.

Every registered and logged-in customer who has granted marketing consents, and whose order and delivery country meet the promotion requirements participates in the promotion. The store system automatically recognizes whether the order meets the promotion conditions and suggests using the free shipping option during the delivery method selection when placing an order.

The promotion lasts from 6-9.09,2024.

Conditions for using the "Free Shipping Weekend" Promotion:
- Placing an order over the value of 1 PLN, as a logged-in customer during the promotion period with delivery within Poland.
- Placing an order over the value of 1 Euro, as a logged-in customer during the promotion period with delivery to the country listed in §5
In each of the cases mentioned, the system itself recognizes whether the order meets the "Free Shipping Weekend" promotion conditions and automatically suggests such a delivery method.

Countries where the "Free Shipping Weekend" promotion applies for purchases over 1 Euro:
Poland, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark , Estonia, Netherlands, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, France, Spain.

The "Free Shipping Weekend" promotion is carried out by the delivery provider indicated in the cart for the given order. If the customer chooses a different delivery method than the one automatically suggested, the delivery will be carried out without considering the "Free Shipping Weekend" Promotion.

Some products or product options are excluded from the "Free Shipping Weekend" Promotion. If such a product or product option is in the order, information about the products to which the promotion exclusion applies will appear in the 2nd step of the cart during the ordering process.

Orders, in which the system did not propose the option of free shipping, and the customer voluntarily reduces the order value by the indicated shipping cost, will be processed with a delay, only after the additional payment for delivery has been made. In the absence of additional payment, orders will be deleted.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the promotion regulations during the promotion period, to end the promotion before the designated time, and the possibility of not fulfilling the order (deleting the order along with the refund of any prepayments) in the case of orders whose order value does not cover the shipping costs.
